If you experience mental health difficulties or disorders, the municipality offers various services designed to strengthen your ability to cope with life. These services may include help in finding social activities, advice and guidance for both you and your family, support groups, and more.
Description
The municipality provides mental health support for children, adults, and their families. If you have experienced trauma, grief, abuse, or if you are struggling with depression or distress, you can receive help through the municipal health services. You can get in touch via the emergency medical service, your general practitioner, the health center, or the municipality's website.

or a similar service. This service is free and provides direct assistance without requiring a referral from a doctor. The goal is to offer help within one to two weeks to prevent your condition from worsening.
